Gonna draw so many cubes!
How is this gonna help my stick figure game tho
Oh this'll be great for drawing anime tiddies.
Indispensable when drawing original Lara Croft fanart.
Use points on the stick figure and shrink him as he's closer to the vanishing points.
Taaaaake onnnn meeeee...
Looks like he didn't follow his pwn advise on the stairs down there. angles are completely off.
Do Salvador Dali And M.C. Escher have a love child?
Taaaaake meeeee onnnn....
I can sketch simple geometric 3D objects just fine, but I'm totally lost when it comes to branching out to organic figures. =(
Ok I legit want to try this
I tried this in my HA art class. Teacher threatened to fail me for "Using improper tools"
OK commander mark
Freehand or nothing fight me
What does this help with? Can not draw. I only draw stick figures and sometimes the heads connect to the bodies.
Once when I was young and had a high fever, I had a hallucination that was almost exactly this. Not gross or gory, but.... static-y
Should have responded "It used to be said that in art there are no improper tools. But then you came along, both improper and a tool."
I’ve had fever dreams similar to this as well
real life cheating
As an artist: anything's a fucking tool. Does it make the art look good? Great! Use it! Goddamn "teachers".
It helps with drawing perspective/3D objects by creating “lines” to the vantage point.
As an art teacher...what a dummy. This is awesome.
Yeah, it makes the perspective more accurate, but those lines are hot dog-shit.
Step 1: learn how to draw
Put the two points further outside the image to decrease the FOV.
A true architect won't need this trick.
Honestly this gif should've been a loop. It damn near is with the last transformation.
This was going to me my exact comment. I’m filled with jealous rage...+1
Freehand master race.
I’m going to try this +1
Bitches love cubes.
Son of a.....
This is horrible... it keeps making the stuff you just did disappear.
Fuck yeah some cubes! Bitches are all 3 dimensional n shit
I had a teacher in a drafting class that said use what ever you can find to make the proper lines you need.
Who put acid in my cereal
Not sure about that. He could have been drawing from a different horizon line, you occasionally have to do that for multi-perspective.
I had totally forgot about them until this moment. Must have been around 6 or 7. The part where the hands and paper crumble.
easy reposting technique am I rite @OP ?
Two point perspective drawing
I imagine that’s what acid feels like
No thats just the way you do Perspective drawings. IE see anything by MC Escher
Looks like Habitat 67 in Montreal.
