+1 Even though some of these I've seen, they're still funny.
Good shit, but I don't get that "William" cartoon.
Replace “bills” with “Bill’s” and “to pay” with “toupee”
Oh god thank you
Your cartoon is bad and you should feel bad.
Fuck you, Tanner
+1 because this is the first time I've known that a comma is missing from the "unable to eat diarrhea" photo. Makes a lot more sense now
Fuck, that's way to meta for a newspaper.
Decent dump. Would visit again.
How do people not get it? It's not funny, but it's easy to get.
I completely missed the toupee joke. Got it. Goooot it. Heh.
That’s way more clever than I was expecting
That's as bad as a Brevity cartoon. Ugh.

Love me some cox 'n crendor
1 Gay dude asked a friend to help him burn down his ex-boyfriend's house. They burgled it, and set up a delay timer with sauce and dishcloth

So that when the sauce boiled, the cloth would catch fire and it'd look like the ex was careless and it wasn't intentional arson.

Its amy schumer, he made the right call
The bull costume was so that the ex, I assume, wouldn't recognize his former boyfriend.
(Last note: This is excluding people who've lost their jobs. Obviously losing a good income puts you in a bad place.)
It's remarkably common, in the right office I prefer it to cubicles, pent up like I'm a fuckin corporate farm animal.
It's a bad idea from the 70's that somehow caught on again, like liver-shaped coffee tables. It's being sold to firms as a (1/?)
productivity enhancer, but studies show it has a detrimental effect on all but the most required-to-collaborate jobs, like marketing. (2/?)
It might be fun for socialites who want to gossip more than do their job, but it's actually pretty miserable for the majority. (3/3)
Englano no first languado. Thank Mr you.
Ohhhh. That actually is funny then.
Is the Trump tweet real? I really can't tell
Goddammit, "Bill's toupee"
I like how they blurred out the newborns face. Like all newborns don't look like potatos or anything.
Oh so the comic is just really unfunny and painfully convuluted in its joke
There is half a good argument there but then the other half of it supports everyone else getting paid more for doing harder/more work. As 1/
Who actually believe capitalism keeps us poor? That’s simply moronic.
Well which would cause obviously a lot of problems. I'd hate to be that guy but fuck anyone who thinks McDonald's is worth 15 dollars/hour
And if it's someone who literally can't find a job anywhere else. Sorry that you fucked up while the rest of us managed marketable skills.
What the brother on the phone actually said was, "I have Bill's toupee." Helps if you read it out loud.
I like how the further I followed your post the fewer downvotes you got, people got bored
Neither does Bill. He lost his toupee.
if i had to guess he wears a hairpiece to disguise as his brother and sends himself money to hide it from the wife. but also i have no idea
Doing the lords work.
Isn’t it clever though?
GAF might just be the company's name
Thank you for that. I actually listen to the podcast just haven't heard that one yet
Hi. What’s a roast potato?
If you have to explain a joke it's not funny or clever.
Are you sure that wasnt "way to meta dude"
If by "clever" you mean so cryptic only someone with inside knowledge can understand it, then Yes.
Also really hard to poop under your desk.
He has Bill's toupée.
I wouldn't say inside knowledge. It's a pun... the issue being its not a funny or good one.
I don’t get that one.
I personally just didn't connect hairpiece and toupee.
Scrolled down to have it explained without having to ask myself. Was not disappointed.
It's barely a pun. Get it? Barely? Because his head was bare? Now THATS a pun. Not a good one. But one nonetheless
his brother has "bills"(short for william's) "to pay"(toupee)
to their original country! ;)
Perssonally no one has toupee on their mind
fun fact: the european conquest of the americas is widely acknowledged as one of the deadliest events in human history, killing over
50 million people, with some estimates as high as 400 million.
Unable to, eat diarrhoea.
Thankfully they did too. We're all where we are in the present because of instances in history we aren't proud of. Necessity
well considering that we don't know what would have happened alternatively, I think it's more of just an event than something good or bad
When in absence of the present, always offer the constant. Far more often than not, the bad scenario plays out due to the abundance of chaos
The USPS tracking one had me in absolute stitches
I stared and stared thinking "I'm smarter than this. I'll get this." I did not get this. Now I'm just pissed.
The hot sauce is Gringo Bandito and it’s made by the lead singer of The Offspring. Fantastic!
Most of these are not memes.
On the downside, no more Hollywood. On the upside, no more Kardashians. Fuck that's a tough call...
Woman was trying to cover up her affair with her black lover by blaming her husband. I've seen this happen to a former coworker who was not
very bright (he had in fact cheated on his wife with a black woman). It took a while to convince him how reproduction actually worked.
It varies for me. Can be 'sghetti,' 'sketti,' 'p'sketti,' or 'spaghetti.'
My dad's name was William (Bill) and he was always saying $400 for a good hair piece was too much toupee. I was born for this joke.
Problem is we're not really a capitalist society anymore. There's too much plutocracy and oligarchy in the system.
Bill is short for William. William's brother said "I have Bill's Toupee", but wife thought it was "I have bills to pay".
Wait so, is the reasoning that the cloth would catch fire feom the stove itself, or the boiling? 'Cause the latter is dumb.
Wasn't the purpose of Monopoly to show the inherent flaws in capitalism?
Thats hilarious. My friend said
I'll never listen to downeaster alexa again and not hear this
But his name is William. Sooo confused right now
A part of me knew this was going to be top comment
That just raises further questions
The article didn't mention the setup, but I assume the cloth was half in the sauce half out. Near the flames.
It’s a shame. Humanity has been gripped in poverty and squalor for 300k years. Capitalism has changed so much for the poor in 300.
1/2 I think it is safe to say the wholesale slaughter and enlargement of multiple peoples is bad. The choices and growth of those who...
2/2 came after and were not party to that choice can be measured for their own merit
I wish I could downvote just that comic
But the oranges are there...
Anorexia didn’t stand a chance, like 20 years ago
it's not meta. it's just a play on words.
I’ve been using it for a few years now. It’s seriously so good.
Super morbid obesity is much healthier.
It’s the worst form of economy except for all the others.
Actually their original country was a few assorted native tribes.
He loses his dog, snickers?
Right? The ultimate petty move would only effect the target and be more then just mildly annoying.
I wouldn’t even says it’s a bad form. When left uninterrupted it raises the standard of living for the poorest and births technology.
The chosen one
The problem though isn't regulation, it's the lack thereof. Lack of regulation creates monopolies, plutarchs, and oligarchs.
Regulation makes it possible for startups like Google, Micosoft, and Apple to get started.
Lack of regulation would mean there would only be IBM and Ma Bell. And that's just the tech industry.
USPS knows where every package is. They scan the package everytime it changes hands. They just won't tell YOU where it is. Bastards.
I’m not sure how you figure that.
What a terrible joke.
Regulation means there are rules. There are limits. IBM licensed out their tech to other computer companies because they KNEW they'd get
broken up into smaller companies the way Ma Bell was. This allowed Microsoft to build it's fortune through DOS and eventually Windows.
Apple would most likely have never gotten off the ground if there was only IBM, even with Wazniak's idea of personal computers being
rejected by his employers. Regulation allows for new growth. Lack of regulation creates Monopolies and economic stagnation.
(Of course my computer tries to force an update in the middle of a post). OTOH, too much regulation creates it's own problems.
It's all a balancing act.
The hot sauce is Gringo Bandito and it is the best sauce ever. Dexter Holland of the Offspring’s company.
Bill is short for William, Bill's toupee (hair piece)
beat me to it
Maybe it's only counting direct kills and not disease introduction?
Idk if a comma is missing more than a semi-colon
Bill is a Nick name for William. It's okay, the joke stinks anyway
Hahaha!! That would be sad for me, I live in New Mexico ????
Love the stuff! Great band too!
Year) and my mentally ill sister (even longer) they denied it and then had the Gaul to ask me to a bunch of overtime as if i don't 2/
Bike an hour down and up a huge valley and have gotten faster and quicker pace than most. It's a night shift that is a fully physical job 3/
To boot. Sorry. Thank fir reading my little rant. I feel a bit better. I have gotten better at biking up the massive hill though.
Still don't get it.
I work in hospitals, i’ve seen a 15 years old girl die from generalized organ failure because anorexia... both are bad anyway
It's definitely one of those jokes that needs to be said and not written to work
Bless you, I've stared at that comic for 10 minutes and didn't understand it at all.
Bless you i stopped scrolling just to come look for this answer.
I've never defended Kanye West in the past, but I would have walked right by Amy Schumer too.
Got through the whole post to see the question I was looking for was number 1 comment. I don't feel bad anymore, thanks!
But it’s not overly clever. It’s just a word pun
I know people die from anorexia and this guy seems to think it's funny, in his condition.
It's got levels. You're just dumb.
I'm really inclined not to believe that hunter gatherers could manage 400 million in that time period. Especially when the world pop was
estimated to be around 540 million during the time period
I said only some estimates- we really have no idea how many. Plus, you're forgetting the highly advanced civilizations in south america.
Even so the largest cities in the more developed countries were barely breaking into the millions. Paris had around 2.5m give or take.
And that was with advanced farming techniques, and other advances
and for a secondary point, don't forget that this is taking into account the full amount of casualties over a 200-300 year period
Oh, I was unaware of that. That makes a big difference. Hell Communism has killed over 100 million+ in the last 100 years outside of war.
No, I just miscount the images and put in the wrong number, you dummie. ):<
I too enjoyed Honey Boo Boo
Where tf do you work where they hire employees that ignorant? And who let said employee procreate?
A comma wasn't really needed. I'm perfectly healthy and can't eat diarrhea. Most of us probably can't eat diarrhea.
Lolol nice, i missed that one
Food Service in a hospital. Doesn't take much IQ to scoop a portion of food into a tray to send to the various floors.
This was my old job, I might add. Currently I'm a baker at a small business.
Yeah, it took me longer than I would have wanted. XD
That's gotta be a lot more fun.
It's definitely not the worst job I've ever worked. Doesn't pay for shit though.
